This few days spent my few hours at gym .....some of my friends shocked .... You go to gym ??? yea .... i went there..... why not ??? Lian and me plan to join the membership but she is very busy with her work ....so i join alone ...I knew the trainer . My ex housemates so everything okay ....he guide and explain to me everything . First and second days my whole body pain ...over exercises ...first day i spend 4 hours at gym ....but after few days i felt better , fresh and energetics.
I like go to gym ,i also went to gym when i was in U . because my hostel is very close to sport centre .so no problem for me to go there . miss that time ... flat tummy , can wore the fit and sexy dress and short pants ...but now i am shame ....my tummy ...and the rest fat fat come out ...I will kill the fat .....no more lazy .... will spend my days at gym .... and less fat ,oily and sweet food ..... no more chocolate and cheese ...
They gave me the schedule .....i hope i can do .....
Monday: (am) 45 min. cardio - (pm) Chest / Biceps / Abs
Tuesday: (am) 45 min. cardio - (pm) Back, 45 min. cardio
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: (am) 45 min. cardio - (pm) Legs, 10 min cool down on bike
Friday: (am) 45 min. cardio - (pm) Shoulders / Triceps, 45 min. cardio
Saturday: (am) plyometric training - Abs/ Calves
Sunday: OF
Diet and Nutrition Intake
