     There a lot food and sneak ... Free ice cream and food ...yummy yummy .....today i ate  two scoop ice cream .... this ice cream made from the palm oil ....mmm ...not bad but i still prefer chocolate flavour ... xd....

We supplied this tools . Diamond Sharpener to palm oil estate such IOI plantation , Felda sabah,Hup seng  , Robson harvest and etc ... They are our main customer .They used this sharpener to sharpen their tools cantas , sickle and chisel (big). This sharpener save time and energy . The worker no need  to waste their time sharpen their tools . The  knife tools sharp in few seconds.


    This sharpener also can sharpen kitchen knife , scissor , gardening tools and as a sand papers for polishing purpose .

I really not interesting with Cam 2 Cam conversation . You want be my friend ... I don't mind ....I can approve you ... But don't keep ask me for  web cam for stupid and crazy thing . I don't like talk and no time for the stupid things .... Can you imagine When you are busy the stupid stranger fellow kept buzz  and disturb you for webcam .I REALLY don't like this . I think if you are normal mind  maybe you also don't like .... Waste my time ....You think i am free for this kind of stupid things??? I really don't know  what they think .... Lose 3 kg

I went to gym since middle of August . First month ...very active ...consider daily visitor ...but last month ...i just went to Gym less than 7days ... Oh  no no ...This week i started  go to gym daily .... ......Yesterday i weigh m3 ....Just lose 3 kg ....My goal is every month lose 3 kg ....Maybe my last month mistake and also myself fault ,I ate after 7pm ....Sometimes 10pm ....This is really not healthy .

 I taught want skip my dinner ....OMG ....i cant control.....too hungry ... cooked noodle with vege&eggs....Tooo hungry ...not healthy ...:(

Smelly No More

     Last night i had a bad night at flight . Sorry to said this last night a middle east uncle at the my back seat and one indian unlce at third  back seat...don't know where he from ??? iraq? jordan??egypt or else....but i think he is nt from dubai or saudi coz most of the dubai or saudi arabic use the nice and good smell perfume .But this fellow not use any perfume or deodorant ...If u not afford to  buy expensive perfume  why not use a good deodorant to prevent the bad smell!!!!

    This is not my first time . Sometimes also  experienced this situation at public place or transport . OMG  pls help me ....can't breathe and x oxygen at all ...  A bad  headache ....want vomit ..... my face looks pale and too tired because of this ..... I think some of you also will faces this situation ...a NATURAL PERFUME  from the body .....but this  natural perfume is not good :(.

    Myself also will smell when sweating , so i will use deodorant  because i know this is bad smell for myself and people around me . When you smell bad people will avoid from you .2)looks down on you ,3)No confidence and etc ....But some people not shame or realize they had the bad bad smell ...They still proud with the bad smell from their body .Some of my friend also had the bad smell . but i don't know how to tell them the right way and in same time not hurt  her.This friend smell bad when she sweating . she not shower at morning and not even use deodorant.I kept tell her gave her signal ....mmmm ...without hurt her . finally,  she took bath at morning but after a while she stop bath at morning ..because she lazy .OMG ....Is it hard to shower and pamper your body???
